Bonni Stephenson, LPC is a skilled therapist and facilitator with over 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. As a clinician, she can intuitively know what is needed in the moment using a mindful, solution-focused approach. She works as a clinical consultant and trainer in several behavioral health entities. She also serves as a liaison for therapists who are placed on military installations worldwide. Before working with the military, Bonni spent 16 years at a large non-profit behavioral health organization. She served as the Vice President of Outpatient Programs. After 9/11, she joined the critical incident response team. She is an ongoing member who assists in disaster relief. The team provides on-site debriefings for critical incidents or workplace disruptions. She volunteers by facilitating Mind Body and Reconnection workshops. These are for Service Members of the armed forces, in collaboration with the American Red Cross. Additionally, since 1997, she has provided international accreditation consultation for CARF (Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). On a personal note: she is a travel enthusiast, culture explorer, and coffee aficionado.
